William “Matt” Monk entered the plumbing trade over 20 years ago when he began his apprenticeship as a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 447. Trained by his own father, Master Plumber Bill Monk, Matt is a seasoned journeyman and experienced construction supervisor who knows the plumbing trade (literally) from the ground up.
As a hands-on business owner, Matt follows a simple process to make sure he meets his customers’ needs:
- Listen to the customer’s request
- Analyze the situation
- Advise possible solutions (more than one when appropriate)
- Put it in writing
- Back up all work with Integrity
People are naturally concerned about controlling costs on a plumbing project, so Matt works hard to stay competitive.
